We collect only the information you voluntarily provide when applying to join Kinverse:

• Name
• Email address
• City
• Social links (optional)

We do not collect sensitive personal data.We do not track or store your real-time location through the website.

Your information is used solely to:

• Review your membership request
• Communicate with you about your application
• Invite you to join the Kinverse community (if accepted)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, selling, or sharing with third-party marketers.

Kinverse uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the website to function.

For analytics, we use Pirsch, a privacy-first, GDPR-compliant tool that:

• Does not use cookies
• Collects only anonymized, aggregate data
• Cannot identify individual visitors

5. Community invitations

If you join Kinverse on MightyNetworks:

• MightyNetworks stores who invited whom
• This connection is visible inside the community
• It is stored permanently by MightyNetworks

Kinverse itself does not store or track invitation relationships on the website.

6. Third-party services we use

Hosting

• The Kinverse website is hosted on Webflow, with servers primarily located in the United States.

Analytics

• Pirsch (anonymous analytics)

Payments for donations (optional)

• If you choose to donate, payments are handled through Wise.
  Kinverse does not process or store your payment details.

Community platform

• The Kinverse community is hosted on Mighty Networks. Their privacy practices apply there.

7. Data storage and location

Website form submissions are stored on Webflow’s infrastructure, which is generally hosted in the United States.

8. How long we keep your data

We keep your membership application data only:

• As long as necessary to process your application
• Or until you ask us to delete it

If your application is accepted and you join the community, your data inside Mighty Networks follows their retention rules.

9. Your rights

You have full control over your data. You may:

• Request a copy of the data you provided
• Ask us to correct or update your information
• Ask us to delete your data at any time
• Request a full export of your data
• Withdraw your consent

10. Deleting your data

You may request deletion of all website-stored data by emailing hi @ kinverse.app.

Inside the community, you can delete:

• Your profile
• Posts, comments, photos
• Any information you’ve added

Deleting your profile on MightyNetworks is simple and fully user-controlled.

11. Children’s privacy

Kinverse is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
